Temporary Housing and Emergency Shelters for Religious and Volunteer Organizations
Field Assembly Programs from Perfect Shelters
Use Volunteer Labor to Assemble on Site
Unifold Disaster Relief Shelters are ideal for disaster response and housing people after a devastating event. Many times disaster relief shelters are needed sooner than they can be physically manufactured. IPS has developed field training that will allow a group purchasing Unifold shelters to use volunteer labor to assemble on site. This speeds up the production time in the event of an emergency and reduces the overall cost to the customer.
A full truck load of shelter components will build a village with a maximum of 200 shelters. Completion time for a 200 shelter village depends on many factors: the number of volunteers to assemble, the weather and the suitability of the village site.
Compared to quality frame tents or insulated tents, UniFold disaster relief shelters include a rigid floor, hold heating and cooling better, are 100% resistant to soaking and rotting for years, and, because they are rigid walled, provide a more solid and secure space for occupation, ideal for disaster response.
